Australia

STANDARD SHIPPING - $13 flat rate on all orders in Australia. Dispatch time is 1-3 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-5 business days during busier periods.

EXPRESS SHIPPING - from $16.99. Dispatch time is 1-3 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-5 business days during busier periods.

If your order contains both ready to ship and pre-order items, you order will be shipped in full once the pre-order is ready for dispatch. If you require the ready to ship items separately and ASAP, please place two separate orders or contact our us via email. Sale items are final and are not accepted for return or exchange, unless damaged or faulty.

International

STANDARD SHIPPING - Rates will vary depending on zone.  Dispatch time is 1-3 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-5 business days during busier periods.

Transit times differ for each country, and once we have ship an item, the transit time is out of our control. 

Any additional customs, duty or tax charges are payable by the customer on or after delivery. These costs are not included in the cost of the product or shipping on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out the extra charges through their local customs office prior to purchasing. If you choose to refuse your delivery due to customs charges, a refund will not be processed until the parcel is returned and received by Our Adventure Journals. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the total order cost, and the variance will be refunded.
