Refund policy
When making a purchase from us, please choose carefully. We really want you to LOVE what you order!
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, providing us with your order number, and a description + photo of the damage. Please do not return any items before first making contact with us. Damaged items must be reported to us within five days of your order being marked as ‘delivered’ on tracking.
Items that have been deemed damaged or faulty will be replaced for you at no extra cost. Replacements will be for the exact item/s originally ordered, or, only in the case that these are now out of stock, with the nearest possible alternative.
If you change your mind about a product, we are happy to accept a return for refund or exchange within 14 days of the order being received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot exchange or refund an item that is not received in perfect condition. Please include your name and order number in the return.
Once we receive the return we can process an exchange or refund for you. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Please note that additional shipping charges will be incurred for change-of-mind exchanges. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If your order contains both ready to ship and preorder items, it will be shipped in full once the preorder is ready for dispatch. If you require the ready to ship items separately and ASAP, we advise you place two separate orders or contact our customer care team.Sale items are final and are not accepted for return or exchange, unless damaged or faulty.
Promotions and discounts are not transferrable.
